A Note About Travel Arrangements
I provide the companionship and caregiving support that allows you to travel with greater ease and confidence. I am not a travel agent or travel advisor, and I do not sell travel or provide travel-planning services in the capacity of a travel agency.
For straightforward trips, I can assist with practical travel arrangements such as coordinating flights, ground transportation, and accommodations as part of my companion service. For cruises, international travel, complex itineraries, or trips where the expertise of a travel professional would be beneficial, I am happy to work alongside your preferred travel advisor.
Professional Fees
Travel Companion Caregiving
- Standard Travel Support: $500 per Service Day
- Enhanced or Extended Travel Support: $600 per Service Day
The applicable rate is based on the traveler's support needs, active-care hours, itinerary complexity, mobility or personal-care needs, and overnight expectations. Travel expenses are additional.
A Service Day is each calendar day during which I provide services, travel with the client, or remain available in connection with the engagement. Final fees and expenses are confirmed in a personalized written quote.
